New line-up
The band is proud to announce the new Grimfist line-up for the Hole In The Sky festival & The Eternal Anger Tour !!Featured on vocals is Tommy Hjelm (Insense), and on bass Dreggen (Aeternus, Deathcon). The band just met for a rehearsal weekend in Oslo, and everything sounds beyond awesome, the guys are really looking forward to the gigs.
Note; For now this is the line-up for the upcoming festival and tour, time will tell if this will become the permanent line-up.
Frediablo quits
Vocalist Frediablo has decided to leave the band due to not having the fire & dedication anymore, he´s simply fed up with being in a band and all that goes with it. The band wishes him the best of luck for the future.

No Mercy Festivals Report
We got back in one piece from being on the road traveling with the No Mercy Festival tour through Europe. Many cheers and thanks goes out to Cannibal Corpse, Kataklysm, Legion Of The Damned and Psycroptic, as well as the crew for making the experience truly enjoyable. A special thanks to Rob, our driver for putting up with our bullshit for 2 weeks. You're a great guy, and the fact that you love 80's pop just made the trip more fun... thanks !!.. we'll meet again motherfucker !!

Grimfist makes theme song for horror film
Grimfist will be creating the theme song for an american underground horror movie titled "Curse of the Hunter's Moon", scripted by Catharine Post. We will have more information on this matter for you soon.
Ole shredding the axe in Deathcon
Ole will do the solos for the debut album of norwegian death metal band Deathcon. He will also be the bands live session guitarist. More news on this later.

Tour and ratings
Grimfist has recently done some gigs around Norway, and got GREAT response!! Check out the review of the gig in Bergen, at heavymetal.no
One of the biggest newspapers in Norway, Dagbladet, have rated 10 Steps To Hell as the 14th best album of 2005. Journalist Lars Eirik Eide rated Grimfist as the 2nd best album of the year, only beaten by System Of A Down.
November 2
Gig cancelled and rescheduled
The gig at Inside, Bergen has been cancelled due to the venue not having the budget to pay for soundsystem and fee. Grimfist will play at Garage, Oslo on the 10th, in Kristiansand on the 11th and at Tribute, Sandnes on the 12th of November. Grimfist will also play at Garage, Bergen on the 26th of November along with Octavia Sperati and Vulture Industries.

New drummer and various mayhem
Hail motherfuckers !!! We're back with a new website and a new fucking album. 10 Steps To Hell is the name of our latest creation, featuring 10 tracks of good old pure fucking Grimfist brutality !! This album is a monster, so be shure to download our 8 minute preview available in the media section. This album also introduce our new full time skinbasher Christian Svendsen AKA AntiChristian.
A lot has been happening in the Grimfist camp lately.
We just shot 2 videos with director David Palser for the songs The Power and Unborn. Both are from the new album, and you can expect some dark and sick shit.
Heavy promotion is currently being done, so keep your eyes open for features and interviews of yours truly.
We have also signed a merchandise deal with PHD, and some killer designs have been created.
